Delivery is to the curb only, the end user is required to sign for the cargo, have relevant staff available to except and deal with the cargo on delivery.

If delivery cannot be excepted and has to be rearranged, an extra delivery charge maybe applicable on certain cargo's. Some products will be delivered on a pallet due to the nature of the cargo i.e weight. If an item is signed for and we are not notified of damage then Rimy will not replace or refund the item.

Warranties, Refunds and Returns www.rimy.co.uk operates a returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations if you return your item 14 working days of receiving delivery of your order. Any orders placed are subject to your rights of cancellation pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, except in respect of the supply of sealed goods, special order goods, air conditioning systems containing more than 500g of refrigerant and special delivery units such as rooftop chillers and items over 50kG . Please note that any postage costs incurred when returning your item during this period will be at your own cost, unless damaged in transit, or was sent in error.

The equipment must not be returned unwrapped and must be in original packaging including banding. We accept no responsibility for any issues regarding equipment loss, faults or damage. We do not except responsibility or liability in any way for labour charges incurred if a problem arises with the equipment due to breakdown or failure unless stated in the initial quotation. All returns if not sent in error or faulty will be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent or according to the manufactures returns policy. The warranty we offer is the manufactures stated warranty only. If you believe that your item has been lost in transit or has not been delivered for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of your 'Your order number Ref Number', so that we can investigate. We regret that we are unable to accept claims for lost items that are reported more than 30 days after the order date.

Standard Returns Policy The unit was found to be damaged or faulty. We will replace the component under the MANUFACTURES WARRANTY terms. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive a service sheet explaining fault so this can be sent to the manufacturer before dispatching a new one.

Please note that our Standard Returns policy does not apply to B2B customers. B2B customers may return 20% from each individual order within 14 days, providing the items are in their original condition. Postage costs to send the items to our returns addresses will be the responsibility of the customer and the items must be sent back to their country of dispatch. Therefore, all UK sourced items must be returned to the UK address.

Provided the conditions above are met www.rimy.co.uk will refund the cost of all such returns provided the units are returned to us by the most economical method. The unit remains your property until we have received it.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of www.rimy.co.uk. Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment where possible. A faulty unit if requiring a full replacement will require the old unit to be returned to the supplier unless the manufacturer decides to investigate the issue. Non compliance can result in courier costs and the like, any costs incurred by Rimy will result in charge to the customer. If a unit has arrived faulty a qualified engineer must write a report so this can be passed to the manufacture and a replacement part sort.

Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.
